Future Competitions
  • This competition is open to residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Web Design Magic employees or subcontractors and the immediate families of Web Design Magic employees or subcontractors are not permitted to enter.
  • Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
  • Entries will be collected until 9am on 01/11/2009.
  • The winner will be drawn from all entries at 5pm on 01/11/2009 by Web Design Magic and witnessed by a 3rd party not associated with the business of Web Design Magic.
  • The winner will be notified within five days of 01/11/2009.
  • The Prize, “Free Website” will be designed and developed by Web Design Magic to the value of $2000 (ex GST) and to the winner’s specifications.  This equates to approximately 19 hours of labour at our standard rate. Typically a 5 page custom website fits this time frame without CMS, Database or programming. A static style brochure website.
  • The Prize does not include Domain Name Registration or Domain Hosting, although these can be arranged if necessary.
  • The competition is run in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
    We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We will not sell or give your information to any other parties. The primary purpose of obtaining your information is to be able to contact you after the competition draw. We will also give you the chance to refuse any marketing email or material from us in the future.
