The company wants to recruit a bright and conscientious individual who can work in a small, but busy team. You will need to be able to work to realistic deadlines, with the ability to grasp in-house systems quickly, and have the drive and enthusiasm to make an immediate positive impact on the business. You need to be able to work unsupervised, and have an excellent eye for detail, and be articulate and presentable. General knowledge of computer networking and hardware issues would be an advantage.
Highest regard would go to applicants who have prior experience developing dynamic, database driven websites using Visual Studio in ASP.NET or PHP. Experience with Photoshop, Fireworks and Flash is also required. SharePoint knowledge is highly sought.
Eventually you will gain experience and understanding of developing and maintaining dynamic websites using ASP, ASP.NET, PHP, Actionscript and Javascript. You will also have the opportunity to work with our staff who hold the MCSD Microsoft Certification. The Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) for Microsoft .NET credential is the top-level certification for advanced developers who design and develop leading-edge enterprise solutions, using Microsoft development tools and technologies as well as the Microsoft .NET Framework.
