Web Design Magic has an opportunity for a Sales Representative (who can answer YES to all of the above questions) to join our successful team.
The primary focus of this role is to present comfortably and confidently in front of key clients with a high level of negotiation/influencing and “closing” skills to expand services in current customers and to develop new customers.
To be successful within this role you are required to:
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the sales process.
- You must have the ability to close a sale and organise a smooth hand over to our design team.
- You must be outgoing and full of life!
- Show initiative in building business and driving sales to meet your sales targets.
- Have the ability to remain focused, productive and organised with strong writing, public speaking and communication skills.
- Must be articulate and have a professional appearance.
- Generate new business through sales activities such as prospecting, cold calling and relationship building with the ability to build an instant rapport with people from all walks of life.
- Compile self-sourced lists of prospects for use as sales leads, based on information from the web, newspapers, business directories and other sources..
- You must have the ability to work autonomously whilst achieving exceptional results with a strong work ethic.
- Business-to-Business experience is highly regarded.
- Be computer and Internet savvy
- Previous experience in sales is essential and knowledge of the IT industry and especially Internet Development and Websites is preferable.
We provide all your sales tools. A retainer is plumped up with commission based bonuses for results so your ultimate success will be a direct result of your own endeavour and skills.
Working hours are flexible with fast commission payments. We get paid 50% up front, so do you!
